How we can help

We’ll ensure that you focus on the opportunities

Effective management of any project requires essential research and evaluation services. Having a profound understanding of research and evaluation can be the key to propelling your organization or project into the future or taking an existing one to the next level.

I collaborate with charity organizations and NGOs, providing monitoring and evaluation solutions to meet their research needs across various fields.

These areas include Program Evaluation consultants specializing in the Integration of Migrants and Refugees, Global Citizenship and Human Rights Education, Digital Citizenship Education, Educational Technology, Professional Teacher Education, Curriculum Development, Comparative Education, and Education in Emergencies.

Our team’s expertise spans various aspects, including research design (e.g., questionnaire design), data analysis and reporting (e.g., reading and contextualizing analysis outputs), as well as qualitative research (e.g., focus groups, literature reviews). We excel in producing analytical outputs like policy briefs, presentations, and infographics. Additionally, we are skilled at communicating research findings to stakeholders through workshops, panels, and public events, making us your preferred choice for outcome measurement services, research methodology, and data-driven decision-making in Social Impact Assessment. My team and I are Research and Assessment Specialists who can assist you in excelling in research design and analysis, ultimately leading to program performance evaluation. Trust us for strategic evaluation consulting and unlock the potential of your projects.

What the partners say

Mrs. Kolesnyk's analytical abilities and her proactive and responsible approach empowered her to establish and lead a team of scientists in 2016 for the sociological research project titled "Study of Social and Psychological Needs of school-age children displaced from the Anti-terrorist Operation Zone."

In her role as an education manager, alongside her Research and Monitoring Experts team, she played a pivotal role in successfully executing this study.

The research project demonstrated professionalism through robust data collection and analysis, resulting in a comprehensive understanding of the needs of school-age children from the IDP community. Mrs. Kolesnyk's oversight and management of this research showcase her proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting, Outcome Measurement Services, Performance Measurement, and the effective use of Monitoring and Evaluation tools.

The insights and results derived from her research design and analysis significantly provided a deeper understanding of these displaced children's social and psychological needs. Her work embodies social impact assessment values, establishing her as a high-level research and assessment specialist.
Petro Kendzor,
Manager of the Project 'Integration through the Dialogue'
In 2021-2023, I cooperated with Ms Larysa Kolesnyk under the humanitarian projects implemented by Danish Refugee Council in Ukraine and aimed at strengthening the management systems of the Ukrainian government agencies and local civil society organisations (CSOs) providing assistance to people affected by the war in Ukraine.
In 2021, Ms Kolesnyk delivered high-quality consultancy services on designing and introducing the M&E operational framework and training programmes for the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine (MRTOT). In 2022-2023, Ms Kolesnyk also supported Ukrainian CSOs acting as grassroots responders across Ukraine with the M&E training sessions to develop their capacities for efficient humanitarian programming.

I would recommend cooperating with Ms Kolesnyk when it comes to all the matters which concern M&E theory and practical aspects.
