How I can help

Designing Training that Fits the People and the Context

Drawing on my experience and background, I help organizations develop and implement learning strategies and design face-to-face or e-learning courses using methods aligned with current educational practice. This includes assessing development needs, managing budgets, delivering training, and evaluating effectiveness.

My approach is shaped by studying and working across nearly fifteen countries, supported by international scholarships. This cross-cultural experience informs how I design training programs—with particular attention to sustainability and what works for different groups of learners.

I systematically evaluate how well training programs work, so they continue to improve and stay aligned with an organization’s goals.

I specialize in personalized training solutions — from building confidence among newcomers to fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Drawing on multicultural experience, I design programs that strengthen communication and understanding in diverse environments, with sustainability as a guiding principle.

If you’re looking to strengthen your organization’s learning and development capacity, I’d be glad to talk through what would fit your context.

What the clients say

Larysa and I collaborated on developing training materials for the youth of Donetsk and Luhansk regions in 2018. It was easy and pleasant for me to work with Larysa because she is a professional in her field. She has experience in developing educational materials and working with state educational structures. We finished the module on time, thanks to Larysa's good planning skills.
It was easy to negotiate with her because she is open to advice about changes in work. Larysa is attentive to details, so her work was high quality in context and design. If I have educational projects in the future, I will turn for her help.

I am grateful to the project organizers for the opportunity to communicate with like-minded people, with colleagues from Kyiv, Vinnitsia, Poltava, Luhansk, and Ivano-Frankivsk. Many ideas were borrowed from colleagues from Norway, which came in handy while developing and improving the educational courses for future primary school teachers. The opinions of Norwegian colleagues regarding the implementation of democratic values in education, the integration of the content of primary education, the construction of the curriculum, and the competence approach were valuable.
Teamwork, joint tasks, and reflexive training direction contributed to the unity of scientists and practitioners. Thanks to the project manager, Larysa Dahl, who was the training organizer, comfortable conditions were created for each project participant, and cooperation between the universities of Ukraine, Norway, and Palestine was established.
