Who we are

Larysa Dahl Kolesnyk (CEO) is a dedicated scientist with a solid academic foundation and a PhD in Vocational Education. Her career spans various roles, where she has excelled as a project leader, stakeholder engagement manager, researcher, trainer and grant developer. Through her diverse experiences, she have honed a unique skill set that allows her to drive meaningful change and innovation in different types of organizations. 

My background has allowed me to collaborate with partners across the West—such as the USA, Norway, Canada, Germany, Hungary, France, Finland, Lithuania, and Poland—as well as the Middle East and Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries, including Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, and Moldova. This expansive network equips me to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals and organizations, facilitating consensus for coordinated responses.

I can identify problems early and create backup plans, and I am skilled in this area. Furthermore, I am excellent at promoting good communication and collaboration among different teams, stakeholders, and vendors. I understand the importance of diversity in providing a competitive advantage, and I encourage creating and promoting new and innovative solutions.

My extensive experience and diverse skills contribute to innovation, encourage growth, and guide significant changes in various fields, such as research, education, and fundraising.
