Larysa and I collaborated on developing training materials for the youth of Donetsk and Luhansk regions in 2018. I am grateful to the project organizers for the opportunity to communicate with like-minded people, with colleagues from Kyiv, Vinnitsia, Poltava, Luhansk, and Ivano-Frankivsk. \n\nMany ideas were borrowed from colleagues from Norway, which came in handy while developing and improving the educational courses for future primary school teachers. The opinions of Norwegian colleagues regarding the implementation of democratic values in education, the integration of the content of primary education, the construction of the curriculum, and the competence approach were valuable.
\nTeamwork, joint tasks, and reflexive training direction contributed to the unity of scientists and practitioners. \n\nThanks to the project manager, Larysa Kolesnyk, who was the training organizer, comfortable conditions were created for each project participant, and cooperation between the universities of Ukraine, Norway, and Palestine was established.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
